Monday Morning in Niagara on the Lake

Good Monday Morning to Everyone

What a lovely hot sun filled morning it is here in Niagara on the Lake. I'm here enjoying the sunshine and sharing some upcoming activities for the month of September.

I know you probably think that there's nothing to do in Niagara once the long weekend has come and gone.

Well my dear friends.  The tourist year is just starting in Niagara.  We have activities running all year round.

For instance in September we have the Grape and Wine Festival.  You can visit all 24 Niagara Wineries and enjoy delicious food with your wine tastings.  You can get a pass that allows you free wine tastings ( normally you have to pay for tastings).

You can cycle down the Niagara Parkway to pick up fresh fruit and vegetables.

Downtown Niagara has a lovely show of flowers on the streets.   Visiting the local merchants, sitting down for a cappuccino or eating in out door cafés is a great way to spend an afternoon.

I love to cycle and admire the beauty of Lake Ontario and I may even swim!!

See you Soon in Niagara

Niagara on the Lake Historical Cottage Rental

Maria Rekrut here from Niagara on the Lake Cottage Rental - I've lived in Niagara on the Lake for 30 years.  Even after all these years, I still find things to discover and enjoy.

I purchased my adorable historical, shabby chic cottage in 1988 and lived in it until 2000. I started to rent out my cottage out in 2000  as a vacation rental and have been renting it out ever since.

When I purchased my property I always had the intention of renting my adorable cottage out as a vacation rental,  I did this so other visitors could stay overnight and enjoy Niagara at their leisure.
